 CURRENT RESERVATIONS

The calendar is only displayed for next 6 months in advance. In case of verification of the reservation different than this time period, please contact the staff of the Rector's Office by e-mairezervacemistnosti@mendelu.cz

 

In case of an Auditorium reservation, please fill in the Application form for the event, which you will find HERE

 

Please provide the name, surname, telephone number and e-mail of the person responsible for the event (especially for taking over and returning the keys to the room, washing the dishes and restoring the room to its original condition).

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Time interval of reservations - a minimum hour interval is necessary between individual reservations (especially meetings of the Rector's Board, the Strategic Committee, the Academic Senate, the Scientific Board, etc.) due to the organizational security of the subsequent event.

Technical equipment of the room – it is recommended to personally check the technical equipment of the room before the event, which will be used during the meeting (outside the Auditorium). The Rector's Office does not provide a technician responsible for the functionality of technical equipment.

Receipt and returning the keys - date, time and method of handing over the keys from the reserved room must be agreed with the staff of the Rector's Office (primarily with Ing. Bc. Barbora Indrová, DiS. - tel .: +420 545 135 004, e-mail: barbora.indrova@mendelu.cz) with sufficient time in advance, at least one day before the date of the event.

Cleaning of the reserved room - the applicant is obliged to ensure the cleaning of the room (including the return of clean dishes) immediately after the end of the event in order to ensure its immediate re-use.

Auditorium
Location: 3. floor (building A), door number N3054
Capacity: 252 seats (hall), 15 seats (presidency), 37 seats (gown)
Technical equipment: For more information on the technical equipment of the hall, please contact an AVC employee.
Refreshments: Eating and drinking are not allowed in the auditorium.
